This course is for individuals who wish to obtain a Nevada real estate salesman
license. It is the 90 hour pre-license course Nevada requires.
This course will
adequately prepare you for the real estate license exam.
Taking

the course, you have fulfilled all of the educational requirements for a
Nevada

Minimum License Requirements:
In order to obtain a Nevada real estate salesman license, make sure you
meet the following minimum requirements...

Reach your 18th birthday.

Complete the
90-hour pre-license course.

Pass a criminal background check
(no felonies in past 3 years).

Pass the Nevada license exam (75% score).

Have no
child support in arrears.

Be a US
citizen or legal resident alien with a valid social
security number.
